Our party of 9 three night stay in 2 Maxi Suite Panorama rooms was extraordinary. From our first contact with Nastasja through Expedia messaging, who was extremely responsive, arranged for pickup at the train station, early check in and a tour of the facility, absolutely made our arrival delightful. The hotel and rooms exceeded our expectations with spacious 3 bedroom suites with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, and beautiful views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Top this off with the friendliest staff we encountered in Switzerland, a first class spa with steam rooms and saunas, a large pool area plus a delicious made to order breakfast brought to your room at the time you desire, made this a truly memorable vacation!! We highly recommend booking your stay at the Hotel Firefly as you will absolutely love every minute of your stay!! Thank you for the memories Hotel Firefly!!

Great Place in Zermatt!

Firefly is a wonderful place in a great location with outstanding service. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the extra space versus traditional hotel rooms. The common spaces were fun and inventive, the finishes high end, the breakfast convenient and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in Switzerland. Hotel is very unique and the staff show great attention towards guest. Awesome pool and hot tub. The hotel has a cozy bar with a variety of drinks and a massive amount of different Gins. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Perfect stay! Hotel is extremely clean and thoughtful. Spa and pool are luxurious and relaxing! Warming room, aroma therapy steam room, beautiful pool, nice! High end furnishing and bedding. The property is spectacular and one of the best in Zermatt. Facilities are excellent with a great indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The gym is great. It was an excellent bar which is super popular. Most of all, the service is world class. Staff is amazing. Room were very spacious.
