Large, bright room (approx. 35 m²) with a fully equipped new kitchen and a view of the Aichelberg. The bright room can be darkened (shutters, roller blinds).
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, spices, and much more. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment. A beautiful set of tableware also invites you to enjoy a nice meal. Wine glasses, champagne glasses, beer glasses, etc., are provided.
The bathroom is separate and located on the same floor (1st floor), with heated walls in the shower. Toiletries, a hair dryer, towels, and much more are available to you in the bathroom, which is filled with natural light.
From the dining area, you have a great view of our beautiful, large fig tree,
under which you’ll find a cozy seating area.
Free parking is available on the property.
Thanks to the convenient nearby highway access in Aichelberg (A8—5 min.), both major cities, Stuttgart and Ulm, are easily reachable by car in about 35 minutes.
Stuttgart Airport and the convention center are only 20 minutes away.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alles sauber, modern und neu. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto und Fahrrad. Bushaltestellen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr schnell.Die Lage ist hervorragend, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gemütlich und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben.
