This spacious apartment is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by nature.
Whether you’re a family with children, a contractor, or a group of friends, there’s plenty of room here to spread out.
A large garden with a patio is also available for use.

There are plenty of free parking spaces at the house; even large vehicles can park here without any problems.

The A8 highway is just a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to reach other locations such as Kirchheim, Nürtingen, Esslingen, the Stuttgart Trade Fair, and the airport.

There is a Lidl on-site that is open until 9:00 p.m.

The property is not suitable for parties, and out of consideration for the neighbors and other residents, quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. We urge guests to strictly adhere to this rule.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace but not inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is via a key box; the code will be sent one day before arrival.
Two sets of keys for the apartment are provided; these must be returned to their original location upon departure.
