Room was very clean & quiet, bed was comfortable, tv & a/c worked great. Keurig coffee maker well stocked & clean. Breakfast had hot & cold option, sweet & savory, toast & bagels as well. Room was a bit worn out, though. Nightstands & furniture were chipped & pieces missing. Carpet in hallways are extremely stained, Towels were thin & scratchy, and no hand towels left in room. The shower curtain was torn around the rings on one side so wouldn’t stay on the rod on one side. All in all, it was under the standard for. HI Express, especially for the high price, but it was clean & comfortable, so for one night, it was fine.

I had to kill roaches and chase around bed bugs of sheets smelly wet rooms and grey tape in flooring and wet humid floors asked for 1st floor room bad attitude because elevator was broken

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room was dirty and reeked of smoke, so I asked to switch. The second room was just as bad—smelled like mildew, the carpet and chair were filthy, and the sheets had holes and a terrible damp odor. Everything felt unclean and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
