Everything was excellent as usual, very consistent with Hampton Inn…except the USB port in the nightstand beside the bed was damaged and broken so I couldn’t charge my phone there. The USB port across the room on the TV stand did work, however. Really great staff though and very clean and quiet.

We had to cancel our stay last minute due to a sudden illness, and the clerk at Hampton was very understanding. However, i had apparently booked through Expedia, and needed to contact them. Though their person was polite, the options were not satisfactory. The idea of paying an extra cancellation fee to receive a refund was preposterous! I will never knowingly book anything through Expedia again.

I made the reservation in November for my Christmas visit with my son. We always stay there because we enjoy the pool. After we checked in, we found out later that night that the pool was closed for maintenance. I spoke with the front desk because I was upset that they did not inform me when I checked in. I would have gone to another hotel if they had told us. The lady at the desk said, "It's posted on our website." However, I did not see it because I made the reservation in November. We considered leaving and going somewhere else, but it was late, and I was exhausted from the drive.
