Unique space with an awesome location!

My husband and I took the week to visit multiple Earthworks sites across Ohio. Newark served as our "home base" and we LOVED this town! This property above the Arcade was an awesome location for being able to access local restaurants, coffee shops, book stores and so much more. It was a great set-up for 2 people to come back each day and rest, prep picnic lunches, and even do our laundry! Great stay!

Small and convenient little efficiency. Modern appliances and bath. No elevator to the second floor but not a problem for me. What was a problem and the reason foe the star reduction was the hot water ran out on all three showers I took. That’s kind of a deal breaker for me. If you take short showers, you will be fine. But two people or one person taking a long shower and you will be in lukewarm water at best.
