Very friendly and clean

The hotel was really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. The exercise room was clean and plenty of different things to use. Very friendly and helpful all around.

Just ok

Ice machine was right outside our room. Yay however it quit working the day we got there. I mentioned it to the person working the desk and she just directed me to the 3rd floor to get ice. Breakfast was just OK. Lots of premade frozen foods.

The door to my room would not latch shut, somebody bumped our door and it would pop open, the toilet was not connected to the floor, if you used it, you had a balance yourself or it was going to fall over. I find it really hard that nobody else has complained about this room, these things didn't start today

We have stayed at this hotel several times, when visiting family in the area. The hotel is always clean and in nice condition. The rooms we have stayed in have been nice. We have never had a complaint about wifi, cleanliness, or beds. The breakfast is nice, however, this time I was on a Gluten Free diet and I found the breakfast lacking in choices that I could eat. Usually, there is fresh fruit at hotels, but this hotel had none. My options were plain yogurt, there were toppings but none I could eat, and eggs. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
