Nina was the front desk receptionist that was so kind and professional… Mrs.Cindy was a sweetheart, she reminded me of my beloved mother… house keeping could have brought more towel and rags but over all they did well also… I would most definitely stop by if I’m in Zanesville again.

Staff was first class. Had trouble with my ac in the room i was in, and immediately the front desk lady moved me and upgraded the room to a king bed with jacuzzi. Always very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delightful. Highly recommend this facility to anyone traveling.

Staff friendly, breakfast was ok, i stayed 6 days, it was same everyday without change. Very upset with pool, the reason i booked here was pool. It was ice cold when i complained they turned on heat. It was starting to warm up when i left. I never got to swim.

Wasn't to my standards of cleanliness. Found food stains on the headboard that could have been cleaned before making the bed. The floors were made of something like a shelfing paper. The breakfast was ok. Cereal, waffles, juice . Noticed a guy working on his car like he was in a bay at a service station but outside the motel. I would not stay there in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend. Old hotel. No elevators. Poor lighting, few to no outlets. No Luggage carts! Tv not good Holes in curtains & outer ones broken on top. Room was clean, bed comfy but pillows were like throw pillow in a case. Very hard
