Tuve que salirme del hotel; porque no hay Tv como indican el desayuno no es gratis como indican. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad terrible. Las señoritas son muy groseras, le dije a la recepcionista que me iba a salir por todo eso me dijo que si que me regresaba mi dinero. Cuando me salí me dijo que el martes. Y pues ha pasado un mes y he sido su burla les marco me dicen que redacte un correo ya lo hice 4 veces. Hablo con la recepcionista de la mañana; la de la tarde al gerente la contadora y que ellas me regresan la llamada y pues nada. Les echan la culpa a ustedes porque ustedes no son los que especifican que no tienen esos servicios.

El joven que estuvo en la tarde-noche entre el 2 y 5 de julio tuvo un servicio excelente, procuro que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. Desafortunadamente las instalaciones del hotel tienen muchas deficiencias y le falta mucho mantenimiento, al llegar nos asignaron una habitación que no le funcionaba la luz del baño, adicionalmente había solicitado cama adicional, y el joven de la tarde nos comento que no tenían camas adicionales disponibles y me ofreció cambio a otra habitación más grande, sin costo adicional. El hotel esta limpio, pero la falta de mantenimiento lo hace ver muy descuidado en su interior.

El acua es fria si necesitas bañarte antes de las 7 am y re dicen q no hay agua caliente. No tienen hielos en la cocina... Hubo que mandar a una persona después de que en verdad les pdí que trataran de tener algo de hielo, ya que se me había roto el dedo pequeño del pie, y requería hielo para evitar tanta inflamación. Finalmente mandaron a una persona a traer hielo...
