I checked in and out in 5 minutes the staff were very nice but the rooms were not nice at all homeless people around the lot, i did not feel safe at all

We had reserved a downstairs room because we are older and have a hard time climbing stairs! It wasn’t available when we got there and we had to be upstairs!! That was dangerous for us and it put a strain on us wanting to come and go so we left early!! Also the room smelled strongly of the bleach cleaner you use the whole time we were there! 3:00 pm to 8:00am

Very disappointed. Dated but essentials missing like no clock in room, no easy chair for relaxing watching tv. Only chairs were 2 wooden straight back chairs for eating at small table so had to watch tv sitting on the bed. No coffee maker, Kleenex or extra blanket. Would not recommend or stay here again.

I always get 2 keys, but the clerk gave me one. Of course, it didn’t open the door , and u confirmed I was at the right room. Now I know why it’s called luggage. Lugged my suitcase and laptop back to the car, went to the front desk and explained the situation. She gave me a new room, and I asked for 2 keys. Lugged my suitcase up the stairs again to the new room. No apology, just “here you go”. I’ll pass on this place in the future. Too many other choices close by.

Room was clean, AC works. Staff was great nice and happy. Quiet at night. Theres no kids smoking or party outside like other places. The only thing about the room was bed was not comfortable and the hand sink did not work properly. Needed to wash hands at the bathtub. Other then that i would go back.
