Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry room. we prefer you do NOT start a wash load you cannot place in dryer. Wet laundry residing in washer is problematic for smells.
Please remove all trash from the premises. Industrial dumpsters are available at Fisher's Landing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please park boats and trailers in driveway or in the wash area adjacent to the launch ramp and not on Cul de sac.
children under 16 must be supervised on the billiard table, spa tub, fire rings, dock, boat channel, trailer storage areas.
Please use bidets installed to be gentle on septic system no grease, food waste or anything product other than toilet paper down drains.
