Amazing property, with amazing hosts. They have not thought of one detail that is lift undone. Brought my daughter to the area. Tammy went above and beyond, even extending our stay when we weren’t able to fly home on the original date. House was clean, had all the necessary items. Outside yard was clean and well taken care of. Pool was an amazing bonus. Perfect temperature and clean. Highly recommend. You will not regret this stay.

Had a quick trip to Yuma to visit family and was fortunate to find this gem! Wonderful hosts, excellent communication, easy location to find. The house was meticulously spotless, despite being very pet friendly (we had ours), and no detail was left unturned!! The beds/sheets/linens were terrific, and great quality products for all of our needs. Spending the day in the sunshaded pool with our grandson was a score!! Thank you so much to Tammy and Scott for making a home away from home!! We have a great layover spot for next time!

Fabulous

My sister and I stayed while out visiting our mom. Beautiful home in the foothills. Super clean with great little touches. It has everything you need plus more, even a crockpot for mom to make her famous cabbage rolls. The pool was great and there is even a bathroom out by the pool so there is no need to track through the house. We really hope to stay here again next time we come out.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Very nice to have everything we needed and in such a great house. Beds and linens are very nice. We will definitely try to book here on our next trip to Yuma! Highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay

My sister and I came in for my niece’s baby shower. I was familiar with Yuma and knew this property was about 15 mins away from the city center. The freeway was easy and close, so it was very easy to get anywhere we were going. The house was updated and very clean. Tammy has thought of everything from a well appointed kitchen with coffee and plenty of spices to make up wipes in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and each room looks out to the pool. The pool was so relaxing and the property felt very private. There is even a dedicated bathroom for the pool so you don’t have to go in the house if you are wet. The TV has cable and streaming channels so you don’t need to bring a streaming stick. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this little place just had everything we needed and felt very private.

Fantastic attention to "details"

This rental was GREAT. Very clean, very well stocked with everything that is needed at a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable. Great laundry facilities. Nice pool but was too cold outside for us to use it which we knew before we went there. If you're looking for a place to rent in Yuma, THIS IS IT!!!! Thank you Tammy & Scott.

Amazing

We had such a good time at the house we never really left. Great neighborhood we felt safe and and felt like home. My 5 year old said when we got home that he misses out new house. We didn’t want to leave. The owners were in contact and had stuff there for us so it made our trip so much easier. We will definitely be back
