The most important thing to us is quiet. We always stay here and never have a problem with foot steps above on the second floor or in the walls between rooms. All staff and employees have been great.

The room was spotless, but the refrigerator had a large ice build-up in the freezer and needed to be defrosted. The freezer portion of the small fridge was unusable because of it. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and had a large selection of various food groups to choose from. The guest laundry was reasonably priced, but the front desk did not have quarters available on demand, so I had to wait until the morning to do laundry. Overall, this is my favorite value-priced motel to stay in while in Yuma.

The room was clean but is showing it's age. There were cracks in the bathroom fixtures even though they were completely functional. The bed was on a metal frame that rang when I moved a wrong way. The staff were very nice and polite. Overall, a decent place to stay when on a budget.
