Very efficient and polite check in. Clean, comfortable room and bed. My car was right outside my window and felt very safe. Breakfast of scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. My friend is GF and was able to have the eggs, cheese and yogurt. Good stay and thank you! I'd go back.

The front desk staff was not friendly, she had an attitude when I was checking in. Didn't feel welcome at all. Besides that the inside of the hotel was very clean. The room that I booked was clean as well and spacious. Very quiet. Breakfast options where good but if they would add fresh fruit that would be excellent. Just to point out the staff that where attending the Breakfast area where very cordial (hopefully the front desk lady should take classes from them).

Always had a good experience

We have never had a problem with this hotel and understand things happen, but the reason I scored poorly was due to the fact that there were baby cockroaches in our bathroom and foyer. They seemed to be coming up from the shower drain and sink in foyer. I saw a small one on a lamp shade but nowhere else that we could see. I thought maybe it was just our room, but i saw two in the lobby.
