Kim checked us in and she was very helpful. We had requested a second floor as we didn't want any noise above us. Because they weren't very busy she moved us down to the first floor so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs. As seniors this really helped.

Staff member was extremely nice. Room was a dump. Peeling wall paper, bathroom sink did not work (water trickled out). I was upsold on the room, they charge $20 for a pet (not disclosed at reservation, so I had no choice). I will not return & would not recommend!
