Our street is a little busy, but if you slow down as you approach our house any cars behind you will also. You are welcome to park on the street in front of our house.

Many people live on this road so it’s completely normal to slow down on this road.

There is no way to enter via the back, so please do not try. Guests are not allowed in the back area.

Check-in instructions will be sent 10 minutes before check-in time.

Locals booking our properties will receive a phone call prior to check-in for additional verification on their reservation. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed. We require IDs and rental agreements to be completed for background check.

For cancellations, refund amount will only be 96%, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the total reservation amount.
