I arrived at the office to check in, and the doors were locked. I did eventually get checked in. I reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was a smoking room! I could hardly breathe! The room was old and outdated! The tub looked dirty. The bed was hard and lumpy. How does health and human services allow these conditions to continue. This place should be condemned!

Room dirty my tub caved in on me while showering in the jucuzzi room to where I was removed and placed into another room but the room smell like dog and was dirty like if somebody was already in the room so they transfer me to another room and that he didn't even work

Worst stay ever

When i first walked in the room it smelled of a million cigarettes even tho it was non smoking. I walked in the bathroom and turned on the light and there were a million roaches. The bathtub was unusable because it was just so filthy. Disgusting i will never be back. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Worse than a pay by the hour motel. Horrible they should not be open.

This is a very old property. Is in desperate need of upgrading. Had to have my room changed as the door lock did not work, 2nd room - lock did not work. Finally worked at a third room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room was dirty. Dead flies on the windowsill, smeared mirrors, very old and dirty bathroom. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Worst experience using Hotels.com

I was disappointed from arrival. My room was downgraded from King to Double, but for the same price. The place is old/damaged; the window was cracked & open to the outside, letting flies in. "Breakfast" was just tiny, soggy muffins and bad coffee. No hospitality. I would never stay there again and don't recommend to anyone.
