Worst stay ever

When i first walked in the room it smelled of a million cigarettes even tho it was non smoking. I walked in the bathroom and turned on the light and there were a million roaches. The bathtub was unusable because it was just so filthy. Disgusting i will never be back. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Worse than a pay by the hour motel. Horrible they should not be open.

This is a very old property. Is in desperate need of upgrading. Had to have my room changed as the door lock did not work, 2nd room - lock did not work. Finally worked at a third room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room was dirty. Dead flies on the windowsill, smeared mirrors, very old and dirty bathroom. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Worst experience using Hotels.com

I was disappointed from arrival. My room was downgraded from King to Double, but for the same price. The place is old/damaged; the window was cracked & open to the outside, letting flies in. "Breakfast" was just tiny, soggy muffins and bad coffee. No hospitality. I would never stay there again and don't recommend to anyone.

Avoid this place if at all possible. I should have known this would be a disaster when the front desk said "You booked a smoking room but we only have non smoking available." To which I replied, "I did? I didn't know hotels still have smoking rooms!" This place should be ashamed to offer rooms to people in this condition. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on the bathroom sink, mold on the cabinets...and that's just the bathroom. We aren't fully convinced we didn't bring bed bugs home from this place. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, most people don’t like it, for me I’ve grown up going to hotels that smell like it so it just brings back memories. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, few hairs on the mattresses and the pillows, some on the toilet and the towels too, were burn marks on the bathroom sink from cigarettes, had a bit of black mold on the ceiling. If you’re planning to stay here for a night it is doable but if longer than that, might be worth going to another hotel

Property was filthy. We the bathroom tub had dirt all over the bottom the shower curtain a quarter of the way up with black the sinks were filthy no closet no fridge no coffee pot. It was disgraceful.

Don’t stay here

Terrible hotel. Very dirty, dirty bathroom, stained sheets, lack of amenities/breakfast, and did not feel secure in my room as door opens very easily without using key card. Not worth the price for even one night

The guy at the counter was great. But we had to go thru 3 rooms before one was decent. And even the decent room I couldn’t get comfortable in so I left and just continued with my journey. Smh. Waste of $50/60
