Immediately greeted by a woman under the influence of what we assume to be meth. When arriving to room, the waft of cigarette smoke was almost strong enough to spend $200 on a nearby hotel. Couldn’t sleep all night. Bed, pillows, carpet, curtains, etc. all reeking of smoke that it kept us up. Every turn in the night we were woken up to the smell. We came in town from Columbus to celebrate my son turning 10! & we definitely enjoyed our stay! The hotel was soo nice and clean! The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly! The only downside was the pool being closed for whatever reason, which was the main reasons for us booking this particular hotel.

We were disappointed that the property does not set aside specific pet friendly rooms. We do not have pets and prefer to know we are staying in a room that has not previously had pets. Everything else was fine.

Staff was super friendly, customer service was excellent. However the pool and hot tub have been out for 6 months and the listing on Expedia was not updated with that information. Snacks and drinks were very overpriced and there was no complimentary breakfast at all.

First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding.
