The hotel staff were super friendly and polite. When the A/C was pumping out a disgusting odor, I asked for help, and the maintenance man promptly replaced it with a better one.

Staff was wonderful . The beds were very hard to sleep on as i could feel the springs when I would shift positions. Bathroom was always hot as hell no exhaust in the bathroom so had to leave the door open while showering unless you want to be dehydrated . It’s close to the bus line which was a bonus since this was just a temporary home for me in between apartments . My room also didn’t have the bar thing in the door . The soap shelf in shower was broken which I ended up cutting my leg on and no towel bar either that room definitely needed done attention in the bathroom otherwise it was not too bad. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel without all the frills this is it .

Worst room I have ever been in. Holes in the wall. The curtains sagged badly. Beds were dirty and did not seem to have .mattresses. The tub was frightening with blood on the bottom. Obviously, nothing had been cleaned. We left at 5am. STAY AWAY.

This place was disgusting to say the least! There was dried blood and god knows what else all over the walls. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The staff refused to give us enough towels for our family of 5. The whole place smelled like weed, cigarettes, and urine! The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The area is horrible! My daughter and I were afraid to go out the door alone!

The room smell like cigarettes and their were lost of people that were permitted to smoke outside the rooms and all that smell ame inside the rooms I actually feel drain with all that smoke! Rome service never came to check up on the rooms the toilet got clog easily and please assign a specific area for the smoker so other people would not be clog with their mariguanna smells and cigarettes please update that and have rooms service make sure the visitors needs any supplies for their rooms

The room smelled strongly of animal and ammonia, the floors were filthy and turned my kids feet black. The bathroom door looked like it had been punched in it at one point, the toilet was stained and smelled, the bathtub was stained and gross. It is NOT family friendly, nor a safe environment. The parking lot is full of giant potholes as well.

The staff is very cheerful and helpful, but the room is worn out, dingy, and smelly. In addition, I now have about ten bed bug bites on my shoulders and arms that itch intensely. I won’t stay there again.

There was mold on the shower curtain. The toilet paper holder and night stand was broken. Light for the sink was out. They also have roaches. They need to do alot of work on their rooms. Not worth the money.
