Most of the staff was great but when hanging by pool it was very strict we had can beers and not bottle and they wouldn’t let us drink them by pool when I’ve been at other holiday inns and never went through that .. the gentleman that was working in front desk was great and very kind

I had a two night stay. I left the room at 1:30pm in the afternoon. When I returned the room had not been cleaned. When, reported ti mangement, she told me it a Holiday Inn Express, and housekeeping left at 1:30pm. Needless to say after returning to a room after a long day, to dirty towels on the floor and unmade bed. The manger soluntion, although very pleasant, was fir me at 1:30am come to front desk for towels. I would not recomend the Holiday Inn. My second bad experience with housekeeping.

I am becoming a fan of Holiday Inn Express. The value is very good. The price is just slightly above that of lesser hotels where I have experienced astoundingly bad stays. But the staff and facilities of Holiday Inn Express is superb. Furthermore, Holiday Inn express seems to be everywhere I want to go whereas other chains are hit and miss. It is good to have a chain at which I have experienced uniformly good experiences readily available.

The staff was amazing. My daughter forgot her hydro flask and Lisa called me right away. The food was amazing for the continental breakfast and the hostess-wow greeting everyone with a hello and how are you and ended with have a good day. The room was spotless, and the hotel smelled so fresh and clean. The grounds to die for. I can't say enough positive comments.
