A lot of things. Hotel was clean and most staff was friendly. We weren’t advised the elevator was broken and had to climb 3 flights of stairs which would have been fine if I didn’t have a medical condition and shouldn’t be doing stairs. The TV didn’t work so our plans weren’t able to go the way they should, it was a stranger things theme and there was 2 TVs in the room one was tiny and neither had streaming services and the larger TV didn’t work at all. There was painters tape left in our room on walls and such for places that needed touched up I’m assuming? We tried to make the best out of the situation an ignore everything going wrong but it was one thing after another. The microwave didn’t even work enough to pop a whole bag of pop corn. We were never told about the snack time they have from 5-9 we just found out by going down there which was also disappointing. The whole experience was just wild to me when we usually have the best times at the holiday inn.

Most of the staff was great but when hanging by pool it was very strict we had can beers and not bottle and they wouldn’t let us drink them by pool when I’ve been at other holiday inns and never went through that .. the gentleman that was working in front desk was great and very kind
