Room was clean, breakfast was good, and everyone was very friendly. The one thing is the pool is really too cold to be open all year, it needs to be heated more or just not open in the winter.

Customer service was very poor from beginning to check out. I told the person at the front desk at check in that I had a service animal and received a verbal acknowledgment. When I checked out I double checked to make sure there were no additional charges. When I checked my credit card next day I saw a charge for my service animal. I called the hotel and was told needed to talk to the manager but the manager wasn’t in. I called the next day and the manager was not available. I asked both times the receptionist correct the bill and a few days later they haven’t corrected it.
