We stayed here for 5 nights while we visited Yosemite National Park. Convenience of being 3 miles away from the park was great, about 10 min drive to the entrance. The kitchenette was perfect for us as we cooked each evening and packed what needed for lunches which was economical for a road trip such as what we did. The staff was accommodating and professional. The lodge provided coffee , only had to buy a coffee cup for $3.25 which worked because it was unlimited and worked for my husband. They have a lot of food options for a grocer. Prices were reasonable if you need to fill in . Another great feature is their pizza restaurant ! We had an excellent pizza for a reasonable price . I would highly recommend staying here for accommodation, location and convenience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza restaurant on the property was excellent! Overall though, the place needs some serious updating and repairs. Our room had mold and peeling on the walls in the bathroom and shower. The shower head needed replaced. The blind and sheer curtains were dirty. The room was not dark to sleep in because the windows had mini blinds and sheer curtains. There was also a gap in the door when it was closed. Lizards (which were everywhere) could have easily slipped into the room. Tiny pillows and hard bed. The property itself was located in a beautiful spot with picnic tables, fire pits, hot tubs, pools, swings...lots of stuff for families. But all the positives were outshined by the run-down look of the rooms and exterior. It was nice having a little store and laundry on the property.

We love to stay in this hotel near to Yosemite park El Portal gate (south west). We enjoyed game room and swimming pool. We cooked our meal in hotel. However dishwasher and sharp knife were not available. Housekeeper delivered a sharp knife later. Wi-Fi was not working great. So it was hard time to connect it with device. Please improve kitchen including installing dishwasher, and renovate Wi-Fi, game room equipment. Thanks!
