Property is on the side of a mountain which makes walking around a little challenging for an older adult. The younger adults and kids were having fun running around and hiking the property. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious. Rooms are nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

This is a wonderful “family camp” style place to stay. It’s affordable, and close to Yosemite, and offers rooms with multiple beds. But be aware that it’s very much a camp vibe - not hotel or resort. Workers and guests are friendly. Food is good and served in large portions. Overall we enjoyed its rustic charms.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were spacious with a charming, old-school feel. The location is about an hour’s drive from Yosemite Valley in Mariposa, set in a truly gorgeous area. The restaurant served amazing food at very good value for money, especially the trail lunch pack, which was both affordable and incredibly well prepared. The cheap laundry facilities were also very convenient during our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and offered plenty of great recommendations for things to do in Yosemite Valley, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend this place!
