Worst customer service, no ill-mannered staff.

The master bedroom had short circuit in the middle of the night. I called for help to get the power back on and after speaking with someone who said they will be there in 15 mins no one came. I called again and accused that someone came and that the door was unanswered. We were all waiting patiently and wide awake at midnight. No knock, call or a car that pulled up the driveway. She was angry and even threatening in the phone, even hung up before me.
