The power went out in the middle of the night, and there was no screen on our room’s window, so we couldn’t open it to let cooler air, needless to say the room became a sauna, and the staff couldn’t have cared any less. We were told that due to the power outage they wouldn’t be serving breakfast, so we went out to breakfast, only to find breakfast being served when we returned… just a complete mess of an experience
