• Parking: One assigned garage parking space is included. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked. Overflow parking may be available for one additional vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis; availability is not guaranteed.

• Stairs: This is a second-floor condo. Stairs are required to access the unit and loft.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by The Summit HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a sauna, seasonal pool, fitness center, and sports courts with tennis, two pickleball courts, and basketball. Guests should bring their own sports equipment. Please note, the community hot tubs are out of order until further notice.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Really beautiful condo - my friend and I loved that there was a hot tub so close to the unit. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Easy access for parking. We enjoyed the pellet stove and puzzles, and hope to return again soon!

Very nice and comfortable home, seems to be recently updated. It's a bit of an uphill walk to Eagle Lodge so we elected to drive instead. The host was reponsive, check in easy and good location with easy access to Eagle Lodge and town. If you're planning to cook, you'll need to bring own olive oil, spices, etc.

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge and a gym!

Clean, well stocked kitchen, covered parking, and a gym... but the best thing of all is to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge! Can't beat that! Thank you for a great getaway. Will definitely stay there again!

The stay was very nice and questions we had were answered in a timely manner , the fireplace was the best part very cozy along with the fire stick for movies. We also cooked and had everything we needed in the kitchen , overall would come again.

Great snowboarding weekend!

Place was very well set up for the 4 of us, could have slept more too as there was a couch bed we did not use. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and cooking options. Host sent very detailed directions for entry, check in and check out, how to use the electronics, how to access the spa, and also parking instructions.Thisnplace has a covered parking garage and with an inside door entrance that you can use to access your car without going outside in the eain or snow which is a nice bonus keeping you and your gear clean and dry for loading in a storm. The bedding was comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms with 2 showers which is great for a small place, we were all able to get ready promptly in the mornings. Had a great stay and will definitely look to book again next season

Great clean condo next to Eagle

The condo has updated kitchen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. I love the indoor parking space. Checking in process and communication with property management team were seamless. The only minor thing I would add is a better description of the building location next to address which covers like 6-7 buildings. Not a big deal but can be hard to find when you arrive at night

Someone left the key box unlocked and open outside the unit before we arrived. The property was under maintenance when we arrived. I spent three days trying to get them to get us into another unit and they were never any help at all. Vrbo support also wasn’t helpful. They ignored the problem and clearly hoped I’d stop asking. The units windows were covered for exterior painting so we couldnt get any airflow. The AC did not work AT ALL. And when we got up in the morning on the first day the thermostat had reset itself in the night to 76* and turned the pellet stove on! The co2 levels in the unit were unsafe (1400ppm) and we had no airflow! And then there were workers there finally who removed the plastic and finished painting and were right outside the window while I was walking into the bedroom from the shower. Great. They also left staples all over the balcony after they were done. The unit is not well maintained anyway. The bathroom fan is super loud. There’s a recliner that’s fallen apart and taped back together. The ceiling fan looks like it’s about to take off when it’s on. This unit is also in a building with other units that allow pets so we had to listen to someone’s dog barking for 3 hours straight while they left it there alone. The condo complex is nice. Good location. Pools & hot tubs. Kitchen was decent. Beds were stiff but ok. Pillows were awful. The parking garage is a pain to get in and out of because of the poles. I’ll never rent from them again.
