Didn’t get the room I paid for. Place was all booked so the staff waived the resort fee as an inconvenience courtesy. Could walk to the lift for skiing so that was amazing. Hot tub was a nice touch.

I was there for my 40th Birthday with my family, water main busted so my whole floor was wet and smelly, alarms went off for hours in middle of night, The phone in my room was not working asked for them to fix it every day and no one ever showed up. Only after staff was accommodating, morning staff rude.

The nicest staff in Mammoth, period! (sorry Westin, they do it better). Caroline and Andy went above and beyond to try and accommodate every request add did it all with a smile. Hard to beat ski-in/ski-out for anyone whose top priority is hitting the slopes too. Would stay here again.
