The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave. Please gather used towels and place them in the bath tub.
Take out the trash (dumpsters are on the garage level to the right when exiting the elevator). Trash chute on each floor as well. Turn the heaters to 50 degree. Turn lights all lights off.
Empty the refrigerator. Lock all windows and balcony door. Place parking pass and key cards back on kitchen counter ($150 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR PARKING PASS AND $50 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR KEY CARD)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

What a perfect place to create new memories, decompress, and ring in the New Year! Our stay was clean, super convenient, and a perfect location to spend time with family. The amenities were great and the village had everything we needed for a magical time! The owners were helpful and very communicative. We will be back!

Mammoth is beautiful

The Village is beautiful. Mammoth Mountain is magical. The unit was a little dirty and smelly, but the owner responded quickly and tried to take care of the problem.
