The room was good. The Bed was very clean, and very comfortable. However the shower wall was covered in someone elses hair and the drain was clogged so the water wasnt draining properly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful though!. The pool was dirty and also had a clump of hair, candy wrappers and dirt on the bottom. Hot tub turned into a big layer of gross foam when you turned the jets on. I was a little dissapointed but the frièndly staff and awsome bed saved them from and very poor rating.

Let’s start with check in. The front staff were courteous and pleasant. However, there was no mention of 24/7 coffee and a water dispenser in the diningroom. It would’ve been nice to know this. The “fitness centre” has a thermostat and the heat was set at 74 F! Thankfully I was able to turn on the a/c and change the temperature. Two machines out of four were broken and the towels hadn’t been replenished. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of selection and the staff were attentive and helpful. The coffee temperature was tepid. I found the room clean and I make it a habit to check everything before I unpack and wipe with disinfectant wipes on all items frequently used. The room was comfortable.
