No. 6 - Wisteria Cottage - Pass the Keys

This peaceful two bedroom cottage provides guests with everything they need for a memorable stay. Located in a stunningly beautiful, and quiet area of York, guests will have the best of both worlds with easy access to both the city centre and the countryside. This rare gem of a property has been finished to provide guests all they need for a relaxing and comfortable retreat.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

FREE PARKING:
Parking is available for 1 car at the front of the property.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

There is a travel cot available for guests to use at the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
