NO CLEANING FEE!!!!!! This home is located in the city. York city-on the west end of the city. It is about half a mile from the York expo center-Carlisle avenue entrance. Also, near multiple shopping plaza’s and restaurants. Downtown York is a short drive away. Easy access to rt 30.

This is a private area in my home. You will have your own private entrance which is the front door. The space includes a private bedroom which sits in the front when you enter. In the next room you will find the living room with a small refrigerator and microwave. There’s a full bathroom; all to yourself. This space is located on the first floor, front area of my home. It’s separated by 3 locked doors to the rest of the house. It is located on the west end of York city with free public street parking. It’s like apartment living. You may hear me upstairs or coming and going. I use the back door entrance while I have guest.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The owner took very good care of us. The bed was comfortable. The second bed is the couch and teenagers slept there. Water nice and hot and a good shower head.

Cozy Little Spot in York

Had a great stay here while in town for a work convention. Local bar & grill and a couple corner stores within walkable distances, parking was easy and always available near the entrance. You can definitely hear some walking around and a little conversation, but coming from apartment living in Philly that didn’t bother us much and we were out for the majority of the day anyway. A great place to crash while exploring York and the host was very communicative, she even offered us some coffee and extra towels. Thank you!
