Room was freezing which is great when 90 plus degrees quiet outside and inside we stayed right near entrance and near the pool and still really quiet only knock refrigerator didn’t work we didn’t need it anyway and the tub needs to be replaced in bathroom as cracks were evident oh tv picture was bad (but we really didn’t watch much) overall no would stay there again price wasn’t bad

Good location.Clean room. Great a/C but uncontrollable. Exterior doors with inoperable safety/ locks to minimize night access by other than legitimate occupants.In general, outside of building and walkways in poot ondition. Good room for the price if you are willing to overlook the shortcomings.

Most of the Staff were amicable, courteous and helpful. The first was pretty clean and nice. The second room had a balcony which was great to have but the bathroom had a bathtub that had chipping paint and the bathtub wall was flat paint fall off. My Mom had to clean the bathroom better and there is rust on the towel rack. She disinfected to her liking. But it's quiet. There's a lot of parking. Some of the stairway entrances smell like animals but at least the People don't bother.

Decent, no frills hotel. TV had kinda poor reception - like the signal had been split too many times or something. Overall though the facility was fairly clean and, while obviously older, not terribly run down. If you have reasonable expectations, it’s a good place to stay a night or two.

The experience was horrifying. The front desk guy called the police for no reason. He was a total jerk. The cops came and told us that We hadn't paid for our stay which was a lie. We were just trying to pay through the Hotel app for the next two days when The Police showed at our door. My Mom wasn't fully dressed and they told her to wrap a towel around instead of allowing her to get dressed properly. They told us to sign a waiver to search the room. They did and found really nothing. My Mom was so embarrassed and nervous. Mom even called my Lawyer because of this whole situation.

Horrifying. Does not state that it is a smoking or pet friendly hotel on website. It was old, smelled horribly and was not safe for children. We checked in and immediately checked out knowing we’d loose money. Residents out front warned us of drug use and violence. Check Google before you book!!!

Bugs in room. Common areas were very dirty. Outside of building a mess — very old building not kept presentable. Picture on website very misleading. No one at front desk when trying to check out — 4 different customers waiting at front desk for someone to show up to turn in room keys. Very loud event in ballroom close to customer’s room went on until 2 am in the morning in the hallway and outside. Would not recommend.
