The apartment is set on the ground floor of the Bootham Row building and benefits from its own private entrance. Upon entering you are greeted by the open plan living and kitchen area. The lounge features an LCD Smart TV and comfortable sofa. The kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect to find in a holiday let such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine for your convenience. Just off the kitchen there are patio doors that open onto a small outdoor space. A bistro table and 2 chairs have been provided within the apartment should you wish to use them in the outside space.

The bedroom features a king size bed together with bedside tables, hanging rail and dresser. There is a spacious shower room just off the bedroom complete with very large walk in shower.

Although there is no parking with the apartment there is a large car park at Marygate (just a few minutes walk away) where you can park for 24 hours for approximately £13.50 for 24 hours. Bootham Row car park is more convenient as it's right outside the apartment, although this is a more expensive option than Marygate.
