Quick check in, clean room, and quiet and comfortable. Some friends and I stayed for an event at the York Fair complex and we also used the lobby seating area to gather the night before. Breakfast was also convenient and well stocked and had a good selection.

Our room smelled of smoke but was clean and large. The bed was comfortable but there was only one open outlet around the whole bed. We had to unplug the alarm clock as we had 2 cpap machines and had to charge our phones across the room and since we had to unplug the alarm clock, this was inconvenient. The alarm is all the way across the room in the other open plug. The lobby was inviting, plenty of maps and travel information, a small convenience area where you could buy drinks and snacks and any little essentials you may have forgotten. The staff was really kind- everyone from the front desk attendant to the gentleman wiping down the tables in the breakfast area. The breakfast area was very comfortable and clean. The food was subpar. But if you’re OK with just a bagel or a yogurt, it’s perfect. There was a good variety, but I would stay away from the hot items if I ate there again. The coffee was delicious and they had several varieties. It was available 24 hours a day in the lobby. They also had a large jug with ice water with lemon and lives in it. It was a nice touch. The area had so many restaurants and shopping options. We weren’t in the room that much anyway. It was an adequate room for the price We paid, and I would consider staying here again.

This little hotel is an absolute gem. The beds are comfortable and I slept like a rock. It’s an older building but everything is nicely updated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a holiday. The breakfast was super nice they had so many options and kept everything stocked and clean. It was our second stay here and we will definitely come again. Well done and kudos to this staff, I hope they see my review

Room was king bed with sofa bed. Our son found some lubricant in the sofa bed. The fire alarm started chirping for a replacement battery at 11:30pm. Front desk employee couldn't fix it because he is not maintenance. He literally ripped it off the wall so we could sleep- this guy is awesome give him a raise. Next night we listened to someone filming a thanksgiving only fans loudly for many hours. Life goes on- the bed was clean and the mattress was supportive, no back pain.

We were told our room would be cleaned and made up for the second night, Our cleaning tag was still on the door when we returned. Talked to the front desk and they told us we had the do not distrurb on the door and they do not clean after 12:00. We left the room at 11:00 in the morning. They were not honest with us. Very disapointing for a Best Western. We will not go there again.

Didn't try the breakfast, others said it was fine. Parking is a breeze and plenty of it. Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Local to many areas of interest. Would recommend!!
