A truly five-star experience from start to finish. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The attention to detail throughout the property was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was excellent, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed. For the price, the value was outstanding. We also appreciated the bar area at the front of the hotel, which provides a comfortable gathering space for international travelers while still respecting the local culture. The location was another highlight. Malioboro Street is just steps away and offers an incredible local experience with plenty of shops, street food vendors, banks, and easy access to public transportation, including the train station. It’s the perfect area for anyone wanting to experience the local culture while remaining conveniently connected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly give it five stars.

毎朝の朝食がとても楽しみでした。普段なら洋食ビュッフェがメインで、一部ご当地グルメを取り込むのご私のスタイルですが、朝から何種類ものご当地グルメを優しい味付けでたっぷり食べることができます。 スタッフの応対など全般的にレベルが高いホテルでした。唯一マイナス点は、扉が閉めにくく、強く押し込まないと完全には閉まらないことで、ここだけは気になりました。
