Absolutely an extraordinary hotel and experience at this beautiful accommodation. The hotel is very new, well designed, and constructed too. They take 'kid friendly' to the highest level of amazing experiences. But, also have meeting rooms for corporate events too. It's a masterpiece designed to cater to any needs. Quite frankly, all Customer Service areas treated me like royalty. Perfect care was provided from all team members, especially from Cantika, Mala, and Vikki who went well beyond just good care. Thank you so very much for the most professional service, as well as for the lovely unforgettable experience.
