"The room was modern, spacious and spotless. Free airport shuttle is a plus and convenient. The price is very reasonable considering the room type and condition, free breakfast, free laundry, and free airport shuttle. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of hot items and Chinese dishes. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They helped me order the food delivered to my room. I don’t know how to use the Chinese app for food delivery. The staff happily helped me. I want to specifically thank the lady owner. My husband was sick with a cold. He wanted to eat steam fish with porridge. She helped me order the fish over the phone and picked it up for me as well. I can’t speak Chinese so that was a big help. She even asked the hotel cook to bring a pot of porridge and a dish of green vegetables delivered to our room without any charges for the food. That was very considerate of her. I sincerely appreciate her kindness . I will give a ten stars review if I could. I have never experienced such a kind treatment as a customer. Truly outstanding!"

We arrived at 2am from airport from USA and they were busy at front desk scheduling early morning shuttles tranfers for other guests. And after 1 night we were so impressed we decided to stay here the night before we leave to airport too. "
