Curtains hanging off the windows, carpet fraying and not laid tight to the walls, not the cleanest bathroom, but manageable. We had to hook up a portable AC unit ourselves. Parking is terrible, but we ended up getting a visitors parking pass for metered stalls. The grounds are in terrible shape, full of weeds and garbage. Seems to be short of staff in all areas.
