Black bugs has taken over the front. You have to fight them off of you to get in the hotel. They are even in the rooms. The floor and the tub needed cleaning. The worst staff I’ve ever seen. There was only one that was really nice, I wished I knew her name. She checked me in on that Thursday. For the amount of people at the hotel, the staff don’t prepare enough breakfast. Everyone can’t have pork and that’s the only meat option. That was our first time there.

This was a bit subpar even for Best Western. The room was fine, but a bit on the shabby side. They are really lacking soundproofing; a guest directly above me was up and moving around at 5 AM and it was incredibly loud. The elevator was broken. The site also billed my credit card for the stay separately (I'd paid in advance through hotels.com) and it took several phone calls to get it reversed.

The room was clean but the bed was nasty sheets on the beds in the room i had had not been charged the blanket on the bed was not clean i had to take the blanket to the front desk on show them it look like someone had sex and clean themselves on the blanket they apologize.about what happened they did.give me more clean blanket next day i stayed the manager cleaned my room it was so clean i appreciate her for that not gonna let one bad experience change my mind about staying there me and my husband always stay there just need to get better people at the front desk

My 3rd stay here. I will be back.

Room was clean and spacious with good amenities. Breakfast was good - bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and other items. Very friendly staff. Only issue was I paid in advance and then was charged again upon arrival. Still trying to get a refund for the second charge. Requires manager who is not very available.

Loved it!

Best western in yazoo city was top tier. My family and I enjoyed our stay. They also provided breakfast! The staff was awesome from morning shift throughout night shift! The facility was clean and welcoming! We will for sure book with them on our next stay! Thanks Best Western for making a place away from home, feel like home!
