Room, there is not a ice machine in the whole hotel, there are no vending machines to get drinks, snacks etc, housekeeping does not come by your room and ask if you need anything such as clean towels, toilet tissue, there wasn't even a garbage can in the room , there were roaches in the room....it was just horrible

There were cigarettes on the floor of the room and nothing had been swept. Dirt on the ground, and bugs everywhere. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed with all of my clothes on because of the bugs. The hallway my room was in smelled of smoke, the sink was clogged, the bathroom didn’t look clean, and I could hear people out and about all night since there was no carpet to dampen sound and a gap in the door to allow sound in. Check in felt casual and checkout felt unprofessional as I just handed my key to someone who was working with someone else and just asked what room I was in. I had no way of knowing they for sure checked me out. Signage wasn’t up to date or professional with one sign by the elevator promising to “86” anyone who defaced the elevator. There were many people just lingering about the premise and I didn’t know if they were staying there or not. Ultimately, it was a bed and that’s what I needed and for paying only $35 that’s exactly what I got, but I felt uncomfortable for most of the entire experience. I felt as if the pictures online were misleading but maybe I didn’t look closely enough. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone I know.
