It was unpleasant to find out that our sheets and blankets were never changed until we noticed and made the cleaning personal changed them also no soap. After all this ordenal they did it white being upset like if we didn’t pay for all service and the hotel was paíd for three nights. I definitevly don’t recommend.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba mi reservación, afortunadamente había habitaciones disponibles, notamos que no cambian las sábanas sino están sucias, sólo tienden las camas, no había tapete en el baño y todo se mojo, no trapean ni desinfectan los baños, la alberca estaba sucia, llena de cenizas.
