The motel has agreat view to the lake. The rooms are basic and a bit dated. The bed was comfortable. The TV was working, but we needed to figure it out. The bathroom was old, and the sink was blocked and drained very slowly. The internet was spotty. There was no staff on site. There was no breakfast in the morning either as the ad stated. The motel is ok for a quick stop.

We booked through Booking .com, for a pet friendly room. Upon arrival they told us that our room was not pet friendly and that the booking sites didn’t know which rooms were for pets and that we had to book directly with the hotel to arrange for that. Our friend who had also stayed there said he contacted the hotel directly and was told to book through a booking site. ??? The front desk person then left and told us to show our friend which room he was in. There was no restaurant as showed on line. There was no coffee in the room, The TV did not work. There was no ice machine, even though there was an ice bucket in the room. Please stay somewhere else, there are lots of nice motels in Yarmouth. Nice town!

Good and basic motel with friendly staff. Easy parking, clean rooms, self-serve breakfast with plenty of options, and a 3-minute drive to the regional hospital. The rail trail runs right behind it, making it a very pleasant 12-minute walk to the nearest restaurant.

There was no silverware, or pan for the oven. The Tv didn’t work and there was a beeping in the room every second. We were switched to different room after that. Unfortunately there was no kitchen but it was better compared to the previous room.
