Hôtel.com s’est encore fait avoir ! Le prestataire réserve ses meilleures chambres à ses habitués. Le personnel n’est pas aidant, accueil vraiment pas chaleureux, des habitués entrent dans la cuisine du petit déjeuner, la cuisinières et le patron fument dans la cuisine. Pour ce qui est des insecticides et de la sécurité incendie nous n’avons rien remarqué . Ça sent le tabac un peu partout. Quand la ville a coupé l’eau pour la nuit nous n’avons pas été informés et nous n’avons pas eu de douche au réveil. Hôtel.com doit contrôler les prestataires
