Bir gün önce rezervasyon yaparak 2 yetişkin 2 çocuku aile odası rezervasyon yaptık. Konaklama için otele geldiğimizde aile odamız yok ve rezervasyonunuz tek kişi için dediler. Odayı vermemek için bizim reservasyonda kusur bulmaya çalıştılar. Bulamayınca İşletmeci resepsiyon personeline bağırmaya başladı. 15 dakika bekledik. İşletmeci bana dönerek zaten 8-9 binlik odayı 5700₺ ye tutmuşsun birde beğenmiyorsun gibi birşeyler söyledi. Sonrasında bize bir oda gösterdiler. Çocuklara birini iki kişilik kanepeye, diğerini ise iki tane tekli kanepeyi birleştirip çarşaf sererek çözüm önerdiler. Kabul etmeyince iki farklı oda verdiler. İşletmeci ancak böyle yardımcı olurum beğenmiyorsanız yapacağım bişey yok aile odalarımız dolu dedi. Saat 23:00 da olmazsa kalmazdım. Mecbur konakladım. Otel temizdi. Kalınabilir bir yer ama hotels, trivago vs platformlarda oda rezervasyonu yapılacaksa sonrasında otelde teyit edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Sadece uyku ve uyku ve rahat yatak.

Öncelikle otel sadece görsellikten ibaret. Kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı bir otel kalitesinde değil. Bir hafta kalmayı planlıyorduk ama 2. Gece de çıktık. Mini bar bom boş. Kahvaltı basit bir pansiyon kahvaltısı ve ağır servisten kaynaklan bir saatlik öğle yemeği (makarna ve domates, marul ve salatalıktan oluşan sözde mevsim salata) bedeli 600 TL. Odalar aşırı sıcak. Bir ayar yok, sıcak su bazen 10 dakikada bazen bir anda kaynar şekilde geliyor. Tuvalette kullanılan tuvalet kağıdını bahsetmeye bile gerek yok. 4 yıldızlı bir otel ve geceliği 3600 tl olunca insanın beklentisi bunun çok üzerinde oluyor.
