Villa Jessica is a well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern semi detached villa. It is ideally situated close to Playa Blanca town and beach, 15-20 minutes stroll, close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is well equipped for all your self catering needs, including kitchen equipment, fridge freezer & washing machine.

Airconditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, controlled via a coinbox using €1 & €2 coins, Consumption is not based on time but on the power consumed.
We need to pay attention to our planet and not waste energy.

The villa was lovely, in a very quiet area but close enough to everything to not need a car. 10 minute walk to Aldi which was handy and 20 minute walk to the seafront with lots of bars and restaurants. We walked to the marina too which took about 40 minutes.The beds were very comfy which is unusual for a villa! The pool was lovely and warm (we paid for heating) and the outside area in general was lovely and private with lots of seating. The villa had everything you need. The only negatives were, the main bathroom shower doesnt drain very fast so it did tend to leak so we just kept the mop in there and used that every time. Also, there was no outside parasol so you couldn’t lay on the sunbed in the shade but there were plenty of other shady areas to sit (Jodie advised it had been broken in the storms and a new one had been ordered).There were 2 very friendly residential cats who constantly wanted to come in and meowed at the patio doors at around 6am every morning! They soon got the hint that we wouldn’t feed them though. We are cat lovers but if you’re not they could be a nuisance in the morning and evenings. Overall the villa was perfect and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Tidy & clean villa. I had a query and Jodie dealt with it straight away. Villa is in a good location and in a quiet area. Villa facilities good overall. Plenty of plates, glassware and cutlery. We had an enjoyable stay.

Really nice villa, suited me, my daughter and my parents. We paid extra for pool heating on December and used it loads. Well equipped kitchen and great UK TV system which had loads of channels and movies.

Great location, very private pool area, lovely villa, space for parking, felt a very safe area, alarm, English TV did kept freezing but was a greta addition. local to beach, shops, Bret and Jodie were fantastic, communication, friendly and kind, would highly recommend, the only thing that we would say, it was dusty in many areas, just attention to cleaning beyond eye level. Would go back and looking at next year.

Was a little disappointed having to look at broken garden furniture. (Outside sofa and a chair), the sunloungers need updating and The trees need attention, tidy them up getting rid of all the dead leaves, really doesn’t take much but sometimes the little things make a big difference. Just feel with a little bit of time you can make the villa much nicer and more presentable. We still had a great time and location was perfect.

We loved our weeks stay at Villa Jessica! It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the pool area was perfect. Location was great, an easy 15 min walk to the coast, or the local aldi. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Villa

The villa was well equipped with all we needed. Not far from the town and restaurants and beaches. The pool was lovely and warm (we asked for heating) The garden and patio was secluded and had sun all day. I even found a Lidl 2 minutes away. Really pleased and would go again. patio secluded.

We arrived at the villa to find there was an alarm system. This had not been mentioned in previous villa correspondence and we had no instructions on how to set or reset! Had to call emergency phone number to get it turned off. I’m sure the neighbours were delighted. The villa itself is a bit dark and the 3rd bedroom is small especially if adults using it. The towels were very thin and small and only one supplied for each guest for a week. The listing states it has a watching machine and a dishwasher, which is does, however I should point out these are not in the kitchen but outside. It also states there are sun bed cushions and a ‘spa tub’ neither of which were there. The sun loungers and the chair cushions could do with updating as very stained and the outside table definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It’s also the only villa we have rented not to have a welcome pack. The area itself is nice and quiet and about 15 mins walk to shops, bars etc. We have stayed in many villas in Spain but this one was disappointing in comparison.

Lovely outside, less nice inside

The garden, terrace and pool are all lovely. The information before hand was all good. The inside of the house though is a bit tired, and compared to villas booked previously it is dark and a bit dismal. The furniture is just ok and there aren't many nice touches which would give the villa a more comfortable feel. We could also have done with some heating in the evening (we were there in January) , and we noticed that there was no airconditioning for the summer either (although fans are provided). The third bedroom is tiny and no good for an adult - we had to use it as we were three adults so rotated the small bedroom so no one was in it for the whole week. If it had been the height of summer and we could have been outside every evening then perhaps we would have had a different experience..

Lovely place, we would stay again.

The place is great, a couple issues but honestly wouldn’t put us off staying there again. The WiFi doesn’t work amazing in the bedrooms and cuts out. Also they don’t put covers on the beds that are not being used. We needed an extra bed for when our baby woke in the night. They gave us covers in the end just a bit strange not to put the bedding on the beds. They don’t supply sponges to wash up dishes, we asked them and apparently they don’t supply them Feel like this is a bit odd as they supply fairy liquid!

Fantastic holiday

The villa was superb , as was the host Jodie . Communication, information, friendlyness & helpfulness were excellent. The villa location was ideal for us , close to beach , restaurants & shops ( about a 10 minute walk ) but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful. The villa itself is as described , it was clean & well maintained. Instructions given for key and alarm system , also a booklet with info about villa & local area . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & these hosts to anyone . We had a wonderful relaxed time , it was the first time we have rented a villa and we will definitely be looking to book another one for our next holiday .

Wonderful stay in a super villa

We're just back from a week in Villa Jessica and it was everything we needed and wanted. The pool was lovely and warm (we visited in Oct and paid to have it heated) and the outdoor area was the perfect place to relax, eat, drink and bbq. Indoors is very comfortable and spacious. There are fans in every room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering and we ate breakfast and lunch in the villa every day. It's just a 15 minute walk down to Playa Blanca and a 30 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. We ventured out every night on foot to eat at different restaurants (can highly recommend Avenida 55 for fabulous pasta and La Tapita for tapas). Jodie even allowed us a late checkout on our last day which was so appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!
