The house is a beautiful, modern duplex.
The upper level consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a full private bathroom, air conditioning, and a balcony with stunning views. You’ll also find the second bedroom with two single beds and a full ensuite bathroom.

On the first floor is the third bedroom with a single bed and an adjacent full bathroom. In addition, the house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.

The spacious outdoor terrace features a wind-protected dining area with direct access to the kitchen, a portable grill, landscaped areas, and a large sunny area with a chill-out zone, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a heated pool.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and the upper bedrooms. It operates with 1- or 2-euro coins.
The duration of the air conditioning varies depending on how many split units are turned on, what temperature they’re set to, and the current room temperature.

The villa is located in a strategic area: away from the main road but at the same time just a stone’s throw from a supermarket, a taxi and bus stop, a playground, an outdoor sports area with a court, and the boardwalk.

It’s a 10-minute drive to Papagayo Beaches, the best on the island!
Parties and events are not allowed in the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
