This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon

Bon emplacement. Piscine très agréable.Villa située dans un "village vacances" sécurisé. Nous avons un très bon séjour.La villa mériterait un bon rafraîchissement même si elle est bien conçue (la suite parentale de l'étage est un plus).En revanche il est dommage de ne pas avoir à disposition à notre arrivée ne serait-ce qu'une bouteille d'eau (quand on arrive à 2h du matin et que tout les commerces sont fermés c'est compliqué) d'autant plus qu'une bouteille coûte moins d'un euro. Il n y a pas non plus comme dans la majorité des locations de ce type 2-3 pastilles de lave-vaisselle et de lave-linge. Quand on reste que quelques jours c'est dommage de devoir acheter des packs entier pour 1 ou 2 utilisations (après on se dit que ça peut servir aux prochains). Enfin le stock de vaisselle est vraiment minimaliste (pas de verre à eau par exemple). Ces éléments font qu'on est obligés d'enlever une étoile.

My stay at villa salah was extremely stressful with the issues we incurred especially the investatation of ants .The propertg owner did not wish to reply to me direct so had to spend time with yourselfs via telephone and beachvillas via email.Although we had someone twice to come out to sort out the issues they only sorted out half the problems.As you may be aware we have been traveling to lanzarote in playa blanca for the past 12 years 3 times yearly in different villas and with lots with vrbo and i can assure you we have never ever experienced any problems whats so ever.The way my issues have been handled was extremely poor and just felt that everything was being brushed aside.We on our second day of five was looking to vacate but unfortunately we couldn't find alternative comadadtion at late booking so we decided to stay with an unpleasant atmosphere.

This property has a lovely pool area but the inside needs a lot of attention and love, not the best place I have stayed.The beds are very uncomfortable, all of the furniture needs updating. The kitchen had mold and water marks on the ceiling. Dirty glasses and utensils. The fridge smelt of very strong bleach and we were hesitant to use. The washing machine also leaks.Will not return as I feel there would be better in the area. And I could get more for my money. There is a bus stop nearby but would be better off with a car so you can get to local amenities, quiet neighbourhood but hard to find as no door number given only a postcode, so spent ten minutes with taxi driving around until we came across the property.

lovely villa only issue was distance from town

we had a good time at the villa, there were no issues with ants as per previous reviews except one night we left a sweet wrapper out and there were a few. otherwise didnt see any. we asked for an early checkin as our flight arrivede at 11am which was accomadated. on leaving we asked for a later check out as our flight was 6pm, we had to be out by 10am and after checking out we got a call at 11am to say we can stay till 5pm (communication was to late)the villa was 30 mins walk from flamingo beach , ie nearest resturants and cafes etc and a futrther 15 walk from there to playa blanca town centre but this was a pleasant walk along the front. the number 30 bus stop is about 20mins walk (volvano 1 bus stop- bus takes 15mins into playa blanca 1euro 40 each way) or closer bus stop if you want to get on the bus and do the longer route (40mins on bus)there is one bedroom upstairs with ensuite and downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, if only two couples they would have their own ensuite .the couch isnt very comfy and the pool was only cleaned on the day before we left it needed cleaned. we had a car and used it most days to get to town. we had a couple of issues and maintainance were on hand same day to repair. good service and villa but to far away from town

First time to Lanzarote

Lovely property, in a very quiet neighbourhood, we felt very safe. The 2 rooms on the ground floor with bathroom, meant my 92 year old father remained independent. One room upstairs again with bathroom & balcony was a nice touch. Facility’s were adequate for both cooking and relaxing. The swimming pool was lovely, well maintained. We hired a car, needed if you want to get around, it also makes attending attractions much cheaper. We had an amazing time, if you are looking for a get away from hustle and bustle. Will definitely book again! Ps: We found it difficult to find initially (3hrs driving around). Would be good to quote door number alongside house name. We use navigation provided, but did not help! However it did not stop our enjoyment once we arrived!

Much needed break

Lovely villa and pool area. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The property needs some attention in the kitchen as looks like the bathroom is leaking as the ceiling shows visible water damage. Bathroom shower upstairs also needs repair as the hose connecting the shower head is also split, however this did not ruin the holiday.
