Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The path to the pool area is 110cm wide, where the terrace is flat and tiled. There is a small lip edge around the pool, where the pool itself requires step access. The bedroom on the ground floor is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the bathroom door is 60cm wide, the same as the ground floor rooms. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm.
