The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, providing a welcoming space to relax and unwind, with direct access to the terrace and views of the sea, the mountains, and the swimming pool. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bath and WC serves this area of the property. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and connects seamlessly to the living space, also offering its own exit to the terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with outdoor furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.
