The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, offering a welcoming and comfortable space furnished with practical elegance and direct access to the terrace, where views of the sea, the mountains, and the swimming pool can be fully appreciated. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath/WC as well as air conditioning for added comfort. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a separate bath/WC. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and connects seamlessly to the living space, also offering its own exit to the terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with outdoor furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for relaxing while taking in the surrounding natural scenery.
